Types of Cinnamon Quills

Whole cinnamon are taken from the barks of the sticks of evergreen trees. They are harvested by peeling off the tree bark, and allowing it to curl up in quills as it dries. They are categorized in to many types according to the diameter of the sticks and no. of quills per kilo gram. Given below are the most common grades that the company has been dealing with.
